Who we are

This website is operated by Digital Storks. For privacy questions, email info@digitalstorks.com.

What we collect

  • Information you give us when you fill in our audit or contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, trade, service area and anything you choose to tell us.
  • Technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you visit, plus how you scroll, click and move around our pages, collected by our analytics tools (see Cookies below).

How we use it

  • To prepare your free growth audit and respond to your enquiry.
  • To follow up about our services, if you have asked us to or we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You can opt out at any time.
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it.

We never sell your personal information.

Why we use it

We process your information on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and for our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our business, for example form handling (Web3Forms), website analytics (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar), email, scheduling and hosting providers. They only process data on our instructions. Where providers are located in other countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as required for the relationship and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@digitalstorks.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor applicable requests.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies from these analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website and to improve it:

  • Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) measures visits, traffic sources and form submissions. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Hotjar records how visitors scroll, click and move around our pages (including session recordings and heatmaps) so we can find what’s confusing or broken. Hotjar hides what you type into form fields from its recordings. See Hotjar’s privacy policy.

Your choice: you can opt out of Google Analytics with the add-on linked above. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, these tools stay off. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works without them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
